Artist: Jim PearsallThis is an original Italian 2 Fogli movie poster from the 1970s for a theatrical re-release of Chinatown starring Jack Nicholson, Faye Dunaway, John Huston, John Hillerman, Perry Lopez and Burt Young. Roman Polanski directed the film. Jim Pearsall is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 39" x 55" and is in good to very good condition with some edge wear and pinholes from theatrical display. Some of the pinholes are slightly enlarged from poster removal. There are two minor smudges towards the middle of the poster and some surface creasing. This poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The small black squares in the corners are magnets and not pins.
