This is an original Swedish one-sheet movie poster from 1934 for Horse Play starring Slim Summerville, Andy Devine, Leila Hyams, Ferdinand Gottschalk, May Beatty, Cornelius Keefe and Lucille Lund. Edward Sedgwick directed the comedy.
The poster measures 27" x 39.5" and is very good condition. It was briefly folded an extra time resulting in a light vertical fold-line at left and right. There is a small tear at upper right that has been repaired with paper tape from the back. There is some minor creasing and wear at the cross-folds. The poster has been stored flat for many years. It will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1934 to promote the initial, Swedish theatrical release of Horse Play, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
