This is an original, rolled, subway movie poster from 2001 for Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (released in the United States as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone) starring Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Richard Harris, Maggie Smith, Robbie Coltrane, Alan Rickman, and John Cleese. Chris Columbus directed the fantasy thriller based on the novel by J.K. Rowling. Drew Struzan is the artist for the poster.
The advance poster was printed in limited numbers for use in transit displays. It measures 45.75” x 59.75” and is in very good condition with minimal edge wear from handling and a few scattered, light creases near the sides from handling. It has never been folded.
