This is an original, rolled, one-sheet movie poster from 1981 for a theatrical re-release of Star Wars. The science fiction classic stars Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Alec Guinness, James Earl Jones, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker. George Lucas directed the film. Tom Jung is the artist for the poster.
The National Screen Service poster measures 27" x 41” and is in very good condition with a few small, scattered surface scuffs and some tiny creases at the top of the poster from previous handling. Unlike most one sheets from this period, it has never been folded.
